Summary
Qualified Production Supervisor with 12 years of manufacturing management experience, including
cross-training and scheduling employees, ordering parts, record-keeping and meeting all production
deadlines. I stand by the ideal that knowledgeable & face-forward leaders build a strong foundation
that creates productive atmospheres that in turn drives a successful company. I have extensive working
history in the utility and monopole fabrication industry along with working knowledge of the steel
industry. I firmly believe that employees grasp more knowledge with a hands on training style, and that
they respect a knowledgeable leader more so. I am very production requirement driven, but also
acknowledge the importance of following and enforcing company policies and procedures. I strive for all
employees' health and safety, and their involvement in creating a safe environment for everyone. I believe
in constant improvement in leadership with training and the utilization of it builds winning teams to
further drive the success of a company.
I have extensive experience in all aspects of working in the field job management, customer interface and
timeframe scheduling to writing work procedures, completing work and onsite problem solving
including but not limited to extra material and/or additional equipment accruement. I have worked on
jobs that have required overseeing and/or preforming the work on both the ground level and working at
heights upward of 1500 feet in the air. I have worked with many different erection companies including
Erickson Air-Crane, and completed all of their job specific training to do so.
